1. About this website
This website is operated by JPS Finwise, Booth No. 11, Inner Market, Sector 39-B, Chandigarh. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What we do
We are a loan consultancy. We help you understand loan options, prepare an application and deal with a lender. We are not a bank and we do not lend money. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Information on this site
The content here is general information, provided in good faith. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not take account of your personal circumstances. We make no warranty that the information is complete or current at the moment you read it.
4. Calculators
The EMI calculators produce illustrative figures from values you enter. They are not a quote and not an offer. Your lender determines your actual instalment and terms.
5. Enquiries
When you send an enquiry you agree that:
- The information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- We may contact you about that enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Sending an enquiry does not create any obligation on either side, and does not constitute a loan application.
We handle what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not use this site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to submit automated or bulk enquiries, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system, or to interfere with its operation.
7. Intellectual property
The JPS Finwise name, logo and the content of this site belong to us, except where credited otherwise. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Third-party links
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control and are not responsible for that content.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chandigarh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
