Why we exist
Most people do this once or twice in a lifetime
Most people take a home loan once or twice in a lifetime. The paperwork is unfamiliar, the terminology is dense, and it is genuinely hard to tell whether what you are being offered is reasonable. That is the gap we work in. We explain things in plain language, tell you what to check, and stay with the file until it is done.
We are not a lender. The bank or financial institution decides your approval, your rate and your terms. What we do is make sure your case is presented properly and that you understand what you are agreeing to before you sign it.

We do not guarantee approval, and we do not quote a rate before a lender has offered one. Anybody who does is not being straight with you.
Your file, done properly
An incomplete application is the most common reason for delay. We check yours before it goes anywhere.
We stay with it
We follow the file up with the lender, so you are not chasing it between work and family.
