Privacy Policy
What we collect when you contact us, why we need it, and what we do with it. Written plainly, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we ask for:
- Your name and mobile number, so we can call you back.
- The kind of loan you are asking about, and roughly how much you need.
- Optionally, your email address, your city, how you prefer to be contacted, and a message.
That is the whole list. We do not ask for your PAN, your Aadhaar, your date of birth or your income on this website. If you go on to make an application, we will ask for documents separately and explain what each one is for.
What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- We count anonymous page and button events to understand which pages are useful. Those counts contain no personal information and are not linked to you.
Why we need it
To answer your enquiry. That is the only reason. When you submit the form you are asked to confirm that we may contact you about it, and we store the exact wording you agreed to alongside your enquiry, so we can always show you what you consented to.
Where it is stored
Your enquiry is stored in our own database on our web hosting, not in a third-party marketing system. Access requires a password-protected staff account, and every time a member of staff opens or changes a record, that action is logged.
If you give us an email address, we send you a confirmation. That email is delivered through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes your email address and the contents of that message in order to send it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while they are useful for helping you, and review closed enquiries for deletion after two years. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your details.
- Stop contacting you.

Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Staff passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Any documents you send us are stored outside the public website where they cannot be reached from the internet, and can only be opened by a signed-in member of staff. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously because of what it holds.
Changes
If we change this policy, the updated version will appear on this page.
